Ian MacNessie © is the brain-child of Gary Reed, Past President of PACS, made into reality in 2010 by Russell Miller, Past Vice President of PACS, and former cartoonist for Disney and Artist at Large.
Russ created our Prescott Highland Games & Celtic Faire Mascot, Ian MacNessie ©, based on his other characters he had created for the Prescott Highland Games & Celtic Faire T-Shirts designs. This time “Nessie” © is here to stay as our permanant logo and trademark for the Prescott Highland Games & Celtic Faire
